Attendees will be introduced to and discuss key aspects for consideration that may contribute to a successful survey to assess and measure the prevailing perception of the Culture of Patient Safety within their organization.
March 6, 8, and 13, 2012: 10 AM - 11:00 AM Pacific Time Advanced Directives Session (Select one of the session dates below to register) March 6, 2012 March 8, 2012 March 13, 2012 The session will focus on Advanced Directives and their application particularly within the hospital setting. The session will include important areas related to the content of Advanced Directives, information on the Patient Self Determination Law, and also a demonstration on how these documents may be misrepresented by individuals. In addition, the session will introduce and discuss some of the most commonly encountered issues involving family and relatives with respect Advanced Directives.
