Medicare providers are required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) to have a:
- Compliance and Ethics Program (Nursing Facilities - by March 23, 2013)
- Compliance Program (All Other Medicare Providers - Date not yet determined)

Meaningful Use Posted Information
CMS has posted listings of those hospitals and eligible professionals that have received EHR incentive payments for meeting Meaningful Use Stage I criteria. Congratulations to these folks.
